Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • P&D support: Recruitment Tools, Workday, Ariba; maintain and update employee records and provide backend troubleshooting support for assigned client group for Iberia population.
  • Provides recommendations and potential solutions to ongoing system support challenges that impact the business (Workday).
  • Support People & Development activities such us Annual Performance Management Process, Employee Survey, Annual Compensation exercise.
  • Content creation: Employee communications, PowerPoint and Excel document management.
  • Accountable of the Health & Safety matters.
  • Assist the People & Development Department in ad hoc projects and any other administration support needed.
  • Invoice processing
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Passionate about people with more than 6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
  • Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Well-developed written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • English is a must. Other languages would be an asset.
