The Role

We are currently looking for passionate and talented Senior Recruiter to support one of our clients from Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sector.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes Youll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
Please note this is fixed term opportunity for 6 months.
Key Accountabilities
Things you will do:
- Leading an end-to-end recruitment process in the EMEA, with focus on the French market.
- Internet searches and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.
- Facilitating the interview and selection process.
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders.
- Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
- Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
- Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
- Undertaking market mapping projects.
Skills & Experience
Youll need to demonstrate:
- Experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes and working directly with the Hiring Managers.
- Excellent English and French language skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong customer focus and ability to manage external stakeholders.
- Experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching).
- Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Consultative recruitment, detail-oriented approach.
