Buscamos personal de recepción SPA para importante hotel de Barcelona, para incorporación inmediata. Las funciones serán:
  • Realizar las tareas relacionadas y los procedimientos de atención al público.
  • Solucionar las posibles incidencias o reclamaciones que se puedan producir.
  • Programar y confirmar citas.
  • Proporcionar información general sobre los servicios del Spa.
Se ofrece:
  • Contrato Eventual
  • Jornada: 16 horas semanales. Horario a convenir
  • Salario según Convenio de Barcelona
  • Incorporación inmediata
  • Grado Medio en Turismo, Hostelería o formación en Gestión de Alojamientos
Turísticos
  • Experiencia en puesto similar
  • Dominio del Catalán y Español
  • Conocimientos de Francés e Inglés
  • Se valorarán los conocimientos de informática a nivel usuario, aplicaciones
de gestión hotelera, curso de atención a los clientes y/o protocolo.
