Digital Hub Manager The Digital Hub Manager is responsible for leading the companys Digital Hub, with a focus on performing advanced and in-depth analysis of information available in the Customer Data Architecture (CDA), including first-party, market, and third-party data. The primary objective is to generate critical market insights, identify business opportunities, and develop detailed profiles of Live Youngers. This key role drives the personalization and omnichannel strategy, ensuring efficient coordination among Digital Skin, Digital Business, and Community teams. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis: Collect, manage, and analyze first-party data, market data, and third-party data. Explore and segment potential customer data to identify patterns and opportunities. Create detailed prospect profiles to maximize business opportunities. Digital Hub Leadership: Coordinate the Digital Hub team, ensuring effective collaboration between data, digital business, and community areas. Develop and execute the omnichannel personalization strategy aligned with the companys objectives. Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and tactics based on data analytics, marketing automation, and personalization, targeting Live Youngers. Design and implement personalized strategies to enhance the Live Younger and Isdin Friend experience across all digital touchpoints. Collaborate with different teams to ensure personalization strategies are consistent and effective across platforms and channels. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the data team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of analytics. Partner with the digital business team to align marketing and sales strategies. Foster open and effective communication with the community to integrate their insights into the digital strategy. Required Skills and Competencies:Data Analysis Expertise: Proficient in managing large data volumes and conducting advanced analyses to support strategic decision-making. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment and commitment to common goals. Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset to develop and execute plans that integrate various channels and platforms. Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to coordinate across departments and present results and strategies to senior management. Customer-Centric Approach: Deep focus on customer experience and personalization to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Are you the one we are waiting for? Experience: Over 10 years of experience in marketing automation, customer data management, and lead development, with expertise in building omnichannel customer journeys.
