About the role

As a Founders Associate, youll work closely with the founder to shape and execute the companys vision. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level decision-making and a wide variety of business functions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Youll play a pivotal role in driving strategy, managing critical projects, and ensuring operational excellence.

What youll do ️

Heres what you can expect to work on:

• Collaborate directly with the CEO and founders on strategy development, go-to-market planning, investor relations, and operational improvements.
• Lead detailed analyses to identify opportunities for growth and improvement across various areas of the business.
• Oversee the implementation of new initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Drive end-to-end processes with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Manage special projects that align with the companys goals and priorities.

What wed love to see

• • 1-3 years of experience in a top-tier investment bank, MBB consulting firm, or a high-growth startup.
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of excellence and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) as a plus.
