Description

En Palex Medical, empresa líder del sector hospitalario, queremos incorporar un/a Assistant de Dirección, con ubicación en Sant Cugat del Vallès. Sus funciones consistirán en dar soporte administrativo a dirección con el objetivo de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las operaciones diarias y la eficiencia en la toma de decisiones. Entre ellas estarían las siguientes:
  • Gestionar la agenda y coordinar reuniones y eventos.
  • Coordinar viajes y logística para la dirección.
  • Gestión de las notas de gastos.
  • Preparar presentaciones e informes para la alta gerencia.
  • Actuar como enlace entre la dirección y otros departamentos.
  • Gestión administrativa.
  • Gestión de firmas de contratos.
  • Preparación de documentación y contratos.
  • Organización de congresos.
  • Elaboración de actas de reuniones y seguimiento de las acciones.
  • Análisis de documentación ministerial y elaboración de resúmenes informativos.
Buscamos a una persona con formación en administración, secretariado, con un nivel de inglés medio-alto y con experiencia realizando funciones similares. Que sea proactiva, polivalente, responsable, organizada, con buenas habilidades de comunicación y con capacidad de trabajar con un alto nivel de discreción y manejo de información confidencial. Será necesario que aporte muy buen manejo en entornos MS (Excel, PPT, …).
