  • IMPORTANTE DISPONER DE CURSO PRL 60H HOMOLOGADO POR LA FLC

FUNCIONES A DESEMPEÑAR:

  • Encargado de obra, 100% en obra para proyectos de implantación de oficinas en BARCELONA.
  • Planificación de las obras de esta tipología, gestión de tiempos.
  • Gestión de las obras con presencialidad 100% en obra, gestión de proveedores en obra, coordinación de estos, seguimiento de los trabajos acorde a planificación, creación de actas de seguimiento de los trabajos y participación en reuniones necesarias tanto internas como con cliente.
  • Gestión de la logística de obra, entrada de materiales, organización de zonas de acopio.
  • Ejercer de recurso preventivo de la obra
  • Conocimiento de los costes de construcción. Asegurar los costes contratados para la construcción.
  • Conocimientos en la prevención de riesgos y seguridad y salud. Velar por el cumplimiento de la seguridad y salud en obra.
  • Conocimiento y resolución de soluciones constructivas y técnicas. Vigilancia continua de los elementos construidos-instalados en obra acorde a la especificación de proyecto y correcta ejecución.

Se valorará:

  • Experiencia demostrable en obra de tipología implantación de oficinas, retail o similar
  • Amplios conocimientos en construcción.
