Position Overview: In the Credit Collections Team in Barcelona, we are looking for a an Accounts Receivable Analyst that will manage all aspects of the day to day on the Collections department, ensuring debts are collected in a timely and compliant manner. Main Responsibilities:
  • Collecting debt within terms and chasing non-payment.
  • Timely identification and resolution of queries. Liaising with other areas of the business to resolve invoice/credit note
  • Negotiation with customers to resolve outstanding issues and secure payment of overdue debt.
  • Manage and maintain positive and productive stakeholder relationships across all relevant Worldwide entities to ensure a high level of service
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Excel Knowledge (Ideally Vlook-Up and IF formulas)
  • English: professional Proficiency - Spanish: preferred but not essential
  • Relationship Building and Negotiation Skills
  • Strong Analytical and Numerical skills and the ability to think logically
  • SAP preferred but not essential
