Role / Mission Reporting directly to the director of the Furniture Solutions department, you will work closely with the sales team and our partners in the study and costing of furniture projects. Your main mission will be to make commercial offers in accordance with the expectations of our customers, company rules and check the feasibility with our partners. You will be responsible for the entire purchasing process, from the costing of the operation, to placing the order with the manufacturers and ensuring compliance (purchases, item references and production times). You have an interest for figures as you will manage the financial and purchase side of projects with accuracy and provide diverse reporting with our dedicated tools. However, academic accountancy knowledge is certainly not required therefore. Well expect you to have solid knowledge of MS Office, including excellent control of Excel. Budget study before operations Writing customer quotes (including price studies, item codes) Exchange with factories on technical aspects, deadlines and prices Help to create mood boards Assist with order verification

• Develop sales activities and professional network

Advise customers, investors and purchasing advisors in furniture design solutions Global coordination of a project with a strong interaction with the assistants, the logistics and the other departments of the JLL / Tetris group.
