Were hiring for a Head of RtR Nearshore as part of Merkle in Barcelona. Job Description: Purpose of the role We are looking for a RtR Nearshore to assist the finance team in delivering timely and accurate information to the business through analysis of business unit performance. The role will utilise financial analysis techniques to provide insight, analysis and trends on critical business issues impacting the day-to-day performance of a business unit for consideration by senior stakeholders. Your core responsibilities:

• Take charge of implementing process controls to ensure Operational Finance deliverables are achieved on an accurate and timely basis, especially monthly and year-end closing.
• Be responsible for reporting the actual P&L, Balance Sheet, headcount, and other ad hoc reports within the timelines defined according to group instructions.
• Ensure the reporting of information in other specific financial tools according to group instructions such as Blackline and Coupa Treasury.
• Collaborate with other financial stakeholders to provide accurate information to internal and external audits and review process documentation ensuring compliance with policies and audit requirements.
• Oversee and comply with all local requirements in tax reporting and other obligations.
• Manage the treasury of the company effectively, considering the cash pooling group policy, and ensure the payment of services from suppliers.
• Supervise the team and its deliverables effectively, including execution on key process performance indicators.
• Identify continuous process improvement initiatives and implement best practices to achieve operational efficiencies.
• Identify risks effectively and manage escalations with key stakeholders where process deficiencies are identified

Qualifications What we are looking for in you

• Fluent English.
• Good excel skills
• +5 years of experience in Record to Report management tasks
• Proficient knowledge of tools like:
  • Navision
  • Dynamics 365
  • SAP Analytics cloud
  • Blackline
  • Coupa treasury
