Empresa Multinacional de Servicios dedicada al sector Cosmético, realizando principalmente estudios clínicos de seguridad y eficacia.

Descripción del empleo

Dentro del departamento comercial dará soporte a la parte administrativa de gestión de la actividad de ventas, envío de resultados e informes, gestión de software internos, pedidos de clientes, control de la documentación interna.

Si el candidato/a aporta conocimientos químicos podrá gestionar estudios Físico-químicos a nivel de asesoramiento al cliente y control y gestión de la totalidad del servicio.

Imprescindible nivel medio/alto de inglés, porque gran parte de la comunicación interna y externa es en inglés, conocimientos de francés sería muy valorable.

Requisitos
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas (office Windows, Outlook).
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, orientación al cliente, adaptación al cambio, iniciativa, discreción/confidencialidad, manejo de grupos, negociación, tolerancia a la presión, comunicación, empatía, planificación estratégica.
  • Persona altamente motivada a afrontar nuevos retos y con grandes aptitudes de aprendizaje para poder empezar a ser autónomo lo antes posible.
  • Buena actitud frente a la formación, responsabilidad y carga de trabajo.

Incorporación inmediata.

Contrato indefinido.

Horario de lunes a jueves 8.30 a 18.30h (una hora para comer) Viernes y verano jornada intensiva.

Ubicación puesto: Barcelona ciudad - No se aceptarán candidaturas de fuera Barcelona provincia, ni candidatos sin permiso de trabajo indefinido.
