Se precisa cubrir el puesto de recepcionista para turnos de mañana/tarde y puntualmente de noche en hotel de 3* ubicado en Barcelona.

· Funciones:

- Recibir a los clientes

- Check in y Check out de clientes.

- Atender en todo momento cualquier solicitud por parte de los huéspedes y anotar en el registro de novedades y/o quejas cualquier incidencia que pudiera haber.

- Gestionar las reservas y cancelaciones.

- Facturación a clientes.

- Resolver conflictos e incidencias.

- Dar información turística relevante.

· Requisitos:

- Inglés indispensable.

- Se valorarán otros idiomas y experiencia previa.

- Buscamos una persona resolutiva, comunicativa y con gran atención al cliente.

· Se ofrece:

- Salario según convenio.

- Jornada completa.

- Turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo con 2 descansos semanales.Incorporación Inmediata

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa

Sueldo: 23.300,00€-23.500,00€ al año

Horario:

  • Disponibilidad fin de semana
  • Festivos
  • Turno de 8 horas
  • Turno de mañana
  • Turno de tarde
  • Turno rotativo

Retribución complementaria:

  • Plus domingos y festivos

Experiencia:
