Gestión de solicitudes del cliente, incidencias, consultas, etc, principalmente a través de chat, email y voz

Requirements ¿Qué se necesita para este puesto?

  • Un buen trato al cliente.
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas a nivel usuario. Es importante tener agilidad con el teclado ya que
fundamentalmen te la atención se hará a través de un chat.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de tarde 25 horas de Lunes a Domingo
  • Tener experiencia en atención al cliente te será de gran ayuda. No te preocupes si no la tienes, nosotros te formamos.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar una formación presencial de 5 días, en horario de 15:00 a 21:00h o de 09:00 a 15:00h desde el jueves 15 de febrero hasta el miércoles 21 de febrero.
