Com a Recepcionista, seràs la cara visible del nostre alberg i jugaràs un paper crucial en la satisfacció dels nostres hostes.

Responsabilitats:

  • Realitzar tasques de recepció, incloent check-in i check-out, gestió de reserves, atenció al client i resolució dincidències.
  • Proporcionar informació turística i recomanacions als hostes.
  • Treballar en equip i col·laborar amb els teus companys per garantir un servei excel·lent.

Requisits:

  • Experiència prèvia com a recepcionista en un hotel o alberg és una gran avantatge, però no imprescindible.
  • Excel·lents habilitats de comunicació oral i escrita en anglès i castellà.
  • Bon nivell danglès.
  • Actitud positiva, proactiva i orientada al client.
  • Capacitat per treballar en equip i sota pressió.
  • Flexibilitat per adaptar-se a horaris rotatius, inclosos festius i caps de setmana.

  • Contracte indefinit a jornada completa (37,5 hores setmanals).
  • De dilluns a diumenge, horaris rotatius, de 08:00h a 16:00h i de 16.00h a 00.00h
