And we want to achieve that with you. Opportunity This opportunity is great for an ambitious HR intern to dive deep into the People and Culture initiatives within a global company. If this is you - Apply! Your responsibilities Your responsibilities and tasks will be, but are not limited to:

• Be part of an exciting project to implement a state-of-the-art onboarding process for new employees and in case internal rotation, including automated tasks, guidelines, training paths, checkpoints and surveys.
• Participate in Smart Ways, a project focused on automation and process reengineering, focused on “working smarter, not harder”.
• Design and implement employee lifecycle surveys
• Implement and follow up results of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) initiatives
• Participate in employer branding activities.
• Participate in the creation of an employee handbook.

What you bring to the table As a company and team, we are very collaborative and eager to see you grow. We look for a mindset and willingness to learn.

• HR masters degree or final year in university (HR program).
• Previous experience as an intern in an organization.
• Availability between 20 to 30 hours a week.
• Fluent in English.
