  • Define and own the technical vision across Web3, DeFi and DAO infrastructures.
  • Architect and scale Ethereum-based smart contracts, DAO tooling and cross-chain integrations.
  • Manage and grow a high-performance engineering team spanning smart contracts, frontend, backend and AI tooling.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Governance, and Community teams to deliver on a high-velocity roadmap.
  • Ensure best in class security, scalability and maintainability leveraging modern blockchain tooling.
Your Profile
  • Experience: 10–15 years in software engineering and tech leadership; 5+ years in blockchain or Web3.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven Solidity, Ethereum smart contract development, and DeFi protocol experience.
  • Skilled in blockchain tooling (e.g. Hardhat, Foundry, ethers.js), smart contract security and DeFi architecture.
  • Leadership: Experience scaling technical teams, delivering mission critical systems and balancing decentralisation with pragmatism.
  • Nice-to-haves:
  • React, Node.js, or AI/ML pipeline experience.
  • Familiarity with EigenLayer, Chainlink, cross-chain tools or DAO ecosystems.
  • Total Compensation Package: €250,000 – €300,000 when including equity and/or token allocations.
  • Equity/Token Allocation: Significant stake in protocol/company with performance-based vesting.
  • Extras: Remote flexibility, optional relocation support (Berlin/London), professional growth budget, flexible hours.
