Coordinador/a de Operaciones
para nuestra planta en
Zumaia
, que se encargue de planificar, coordinar y supervisar la producción, asegurando eficiencia, calidad y cumplimiento de plazos.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

  • Planificación y seguimiento del plan de producción.
  • Coordinación de recursos humanos y materiales para optimizar procesos.
  • Colaboración con Compras, Oficina Técnica y Logística para asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales y secuencia de fabricación.
  • Supervisión de indicadores de producción y propuestas de mejora continua.
  • Gestión de incidencias y control de logística interna.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería o Licenciatura técnica.
  • Experiencia de 2-3 años en puestos similares.
  • Inglés nivel C1.
  • Alto nivel de Excel y/o Access, SQL.
  • Competencias: planificación, iniciativa, capacidad relacional y negociación.
