Buscamos 1 becario/a para incorporar en una de nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Soria


Funciones:

Adquisición de conocimientos prácticos en tareas relacionadas con:

-Área de selección: Tratamiento de fuentes de reclutamiento, criba curricular, preselección telefónica de candidatos, actualización BBDD

-Atención y seguimiento de clientes y candidatos.


Requisitos

- Residencia en Soria.

- Poder hacer una jornada de 09 a 18h, aunque valorable la media jornada en horario de tarde.

- Estar cursando una titulación de grado/posgrado/máster vinculado con el área de RRHH, en Universidad o Centro de Estudios.

- Imprescindible poder realizar convenio con la universidad o centro de estudios


Competencias necesarias para el puesto:

- Facilidad para el aprendizaje

- Capacidad de adaptarse a situaciones nuevas

- Trabajo en equipo

- Motivación

- Buena actitud para el desempeño de las tareas:
