En The Globe buscamos un/a Director financiero para liderar el área financiera de un ecosistema educativo y digital en plena expansión.


Ubicación: Granada

Modalidad: Híbrida (presencial + teletrabajo)


Tu misión:

Ser el referente estratégico que conecta visión, datos y decisiones. Desde la planificación financiera hasta la optimización operativa, tu rol será clave para escalar con inteligencia y propósito.


Áreas de impacto:

• Dirección financiera con visión

• Control y eficiencia operativa

• Gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento

• Liderazgo y cultura financiera


Perfil que buscamos:

• Formación en Finanzas, ADE, Economía o similar

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en dirección financiera o control de gestión

• Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas como Power BI, Business Central, Stripe, Dynamics 365

• Mentalidad digital, capacidad analítica y liderazgo colaborativo

• Ganas de construir algo grande desde Granada hacia el mundo
