Nuestro cliente es una importante empresa referente en el ahorro e inversión, precisa incorporar un perfil de Gestor/a Comercial para su servicio de atención al cliente (Telefónico).
Funciones Principales:
- Informar conforme a estándares internos de calidad, atendiendo a las características de cada cliente.
- Realizar la comercialización de los productos corporativos de acuerdo conforme a estándares internos de calidad.
- Captación de negocio conforme a estándares internos de calidad con proactividad.
- Reportar información en la búsqueda de mejora de negocio y/o procesos internos.
- Mantener actualizada la información relativa a los clientes.
- Realizar gestiones propias derivadas de la atención a los clientes.
- Autonomía y responsabilidad para generar negocio en horas valle de llamadas.
- Responsabilidad para cumplir con los estándares de calidad a través de la autoformación continua.
Perfil requerido:
- Licenciado/a / Grado en ADE, Empresariales, Económicas o Ciencias Sociales. Valorable postgrado.
- Manejo de herramientas informáticas básicas.
- Experiencia imprescindible en atención al cliente dentro del sector bancario y/o asegurador realizando gestiones comerciales.
- Experiencia requerida en gestión comercial telefónica.
- Curso de acceso a distribución de seguros Nivel III.
- Conocimientos de fiscalidad, seguros, seguridad social...
