En la actualidad, estamos en búsqueda de un perfil de Jefe/a de Obra Senior especializado en el sector SINGULAR para obras de envergadura media- alta, en nuestro equipo de Barcelona. La persona seleccionada arrancará con un proyecto interesante en
-FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
- Gestión del contrato de obra a nivel técnico y económico
- Buena gestión para conseguir la rentabilidad económica y la fidelización del cliente.
- Planing de obra. Asignación de recursos, compras, personal, subcontratación, etc. y liderar las diferentes contrataciones en tiempo y forma, para cumplir las necesidades de contrato en calidades, plazo y coste.
- Control económico de la obra.
- Certificaciones según indique el contrato.
- Supresión de pagos a proveedores e industriales y facturación a cliente.
- Seguimiento junto al encargado para cumplir con los plazos de ejecución.
- Visitas de obra con el cliente o DF.
- Preparar la liquidación final de obra, defenderla y solicitar factura de liquidación.
- Responsable de entrega al cliente toda la documentación técnica.
-REQUISITOS:
Formación: Titulación Ingeniería técnica, Arquitectura técnica o similar
Experiencia previa demostrable como Jefe de Obra senior, en obras mayoritariamente de cliente privado, de residencial, rehabilitaciones , obra nueva y obra singular)
Competencias: Persona motivada, proactiva y dinámica con ganas de aportar, organizado con capacidad de adaptación y re-orientación al cumplimiento del objetivos. Capacidad de liderazgo a su equipo y fidelización y satisfacción del cliente, visión global.
Ofimática: Presto / CAD/ Office/bim/lean...
