Para una importante empresa constructora de La Rioja y con obras en las provincias limítrofes, estamos seleccionando un/a Jefe/a de Obra.
**Funciones:**
- Planificación inicial de la obra y estudio del proyecto.
- Control y supervisión de la obra, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos previstos.
- Elaboración de comparativos de ofertas y selección de subcontratas y proveedores.
- Supervisión de los trabajos ejecutados y control de costes.
- Participación en reuniones semanales con la dirección facultativa o la propiedad.
- Gestión de certificaciones.
