Engineer (Networking)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer to lead the technical delivery of Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) projects. In this role, you will ensure all technical specifications are met and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of complex service requirements and technical documentation, with a proven ability to manage deployments from planning through to operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Review
• Validate technical requirements for complex services, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business goals.
• Deployment Execution
• Lead deployment activities, ensuring successful delivery of project outcomes.
• Service Order Management
• Oversee and manage service requests, providing guidance and support to delivery teams as needed.
• Documentation
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for installations, configurations, and service transitions.
• Service Transition
• Execute handover processes to Operations, ensuring all documentation and support structures
• Stakeholder Management
• Proactively identify and address stakeholder needs, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communication
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including those outside the immediate project team.
• Customer Engagement
• Manage complex deployments and communicate detailed project plans and progress updates to customers.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required

Required Technical Skills

• Networking
• Broad knowledge of networking technologies (CCNP level or equivalent), including Fortigate, VyOS, Arista, Juniper, and NSX.
• Basic understanding of vCloud environments.
• Strong Layer 3 troubleshooting skills.
