Multinacional con sede en Zierbena buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a Polivalente en HSE & HR que reportará directamente a la General Manager CB Spain. Su misión será apoyar la implementación de la cultura preventiva en la organización y gestionar tareas administrativas clave en el área de Recursos Humanos.



Área HSE:

  • Apoyo en la interlocución con el Servicio de Prevención Ajeno (SPA) y con la responsable de seguridad de Intertek Spain: seguimiento de actividades concertadas, formaciones, mediciones higiénicas, etc.
  • Control y gestión de EPIs y otros elementos de seguridad.
  • Colaboración en investigación de incidentes y accidentes laborales.
  • Seguimiento del plan de prevención junto con SPA, gestión de los procedimientos e instrucciones técnicas básicas.
  • Gestión eficaz de la Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE) con clientes y proveedores, asegurando el cumplimiento legal y la integración preventiva en entornos compartidos.


Área RRHH:

  • Gestión de calendarios laborales, turnos, guardias y vacaciones.
  • Control y seguimiento de pluses, ausencias y permisos.
  • Apoyo en procesos de selección, acogida y formación.
  • Mantenimiento de la documentación laboral y soporte en auditorías.
  • Atención al empleado y resolución de consultas internas.
  • Soporte al sistema de gestión del desempeño ya implantado en la compañía.


Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria relacionada con Recursos Humanos o Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
  • Se valorarán conocimientos en Química, Ingeniería o Ciencias Ambientales.
  • Formación en PRL (mínimo nivel intermedio).
  • Experiencia previa en funciones similares, en SPP o SPA.
  • Inglés nivel medio-alto (mínimo B2).
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
  • Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
  • Residencia en zona de influencia (Gran Bilbao o Cantabria oriental).

  • Colaboración con otras áreas de la compañía.
  • Buenas habilidades comunicativas, vocación de servicio y atención al cliente.
  • Capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle.
