Organización:
-Empresa líder en la venta y distribución de vehículos de motor ligeros, conocida por su amplia gama de productos y servicios de alta calidad.
Funciones:
- Atención y servicio al cliente de vehículos en recepción, entregas y peritación de vehículos.
- Dar explicaciones de trabajos a realizar y facturas, ofrecimiento de servicios y productos.
- Análisis de historiales en preparaciones de citas, correcta cumplimentación de órdenes de reparación.
- Coordinar tareas de taller, recambios y recepción.
- Controlar la calidad y preparación de devolución del vehículo. Gestionar reclamaciones, ejecución de trabajos, plazos de entrega y facturación.
- Dar seguimiento del cliente durante todo el proceso de reparación.
- Asegurar limpieza de vehículos, mantenimientos de espacios, etc.
Requisitos:
-Conocimientos técnicos.
-Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posición similar.
