Se busca profesional administrativo/a para dar soporte postventa a clientes del mercado francés. La persona seleccionada gestionará incidencias administrativas, resolviendo consultas sobre garantías de productos y seguimiento de pedidos. Las tareas incluirán la atención de incidencias abiertas por los clientes en la plataforma interna, como reparaciones, devoluciones y garantías. También se realizarán pedidos de asistencia para los departamentos comercial y de soporte técnico, así como la gestión de abonos a clientes y los movimientos de almacén correspondientes. Se encargará de completar el proceso de garantía de un producto, desde el diagnóstico hasta la verificación final. Es necesario contar con un nivel bilingüe de francés y se valorará experiencia previa en puestos similares, así como formación en Administración (CFGM/CFGS). Se ofrece un contrato indefinido con horario flexible y jornada intensiva en verano, en una empresa en crecimiento con oportunidades de desarrollo.
