Buscamos a un/a vendedor/a para nuestra cafetería en Cerdanyola del Vallès
En 365 buscamos un/a vendedor/a de 32h semanales de lunes a domingo, con dos días libres a la semana.
Tu misión será brindar a los clientes un trato cercano y profesional, asegurando un excelente servicio y una correcta preparación de los productos 365, contribuyendo al buen ambiente de la tienda.
Tus funciones:
· Atender a los clientes con un trato amable y personalizado.
· Preparar cafés, bebidas y productos de la tienda (desayunos, meriendas, take away).
· Aplicar técnicas de venta (up-selling y cross-selling) para potenciar las ventas.
· Gestionar el cobro y manejo de caja/TPV.
· Mantener la tienda en perfecto estado de orden y limpieza.
¿Qué buscamos?
· Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, cafetería o panadería.
· Valorable experiencia como barista y conocimientos en cafetería.
· Actitud amable, proactiva, resolutiva y orientación al cliente.
· Idiomas: castellano y catalán (valorable inglés).
· Disponibilidad para trabajar en turno rotativo de mañana o tarde de lunes a domingo, con dos días libres rotativos.
