Lead the Way in Financial Lines

How You Will Create Impact

In this role, you will drive profitable growth in Financial Lines by developing creative solutions for complex risks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Underwriting new and renewal business with a technical and client-focused approach.
  • Working closely with brokers to communicate our risk appetite and value proposition.
  • Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions, and structuring tailored solutions.
  • Expanding your broker network, attending market events, and building strong relationships.
  • Collaborating with the LITUS team and other Wecoya business lines to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • As a senior team member, you will set high standards for customer service and provide mentoring and guidance to junior colleagues.

Your Role in Driving Success

Proven underwriting experience with solid knowledge of Financial Lines.

  • Ability to analyze financial statements and apply technical expertise.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Commercial mindset and client-oriented approach.
  • Interest in mentoring and training less-experienced colleagues.
  • Languages: Spanish, English, Italian
