Data Governance Specialist

¡Hola! Desde ToBeIT estamos buscando un Data Governance para trabajar en uno de nuestros principales clientes (líder en el sector aeronáutico, cuyas oficinas están en Villadecas). Se trata de un modelo de trabajo híbrido, con 1 día a la oficina.

A continuación detallamos la vacante: buscamos una persona con amplia experiencia en la Gobernanza y Calidad de los datos, que pueda participar en la definición de planes estratégicos y Data‑Driven, manejando eficazmente las políticas de negocio, procedimientos, roles y responsabilidades.

Hard Skills
  • Defensor de la gobernanza de datos, promoviendo las mejores prácticas en toda la organización y educando a los stakeholders.
  • Desarrollar y mantener procesos y documentos de gobernanza.
  • Conocimientos en frameworks y estándares de Gobierno y Gestión del dato como DAMA o normativas UNE/ISO.
  • Idiomas: español e inglés medio (B2). Catalán (Valorable)
Deseable en Hard Skills
  • Interés en el sector aéreo, turismo y viajes.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia en Herramientas de Gobierno del Dato y Lakehouse: Open‑Metadata y Databricks UnityCatalog.
  • Certificación CDMP de DAMA o DCAM de EDM Council.

  • Buena capacidad de comunicación e influencia para interactuar con varias áreas y stakeholders.
