Desde Eurocontrol estamos seleccionando un/a Técnico/a con experiencia en obras de edificación (residencial, terciario y gran terciario), con conocimientos en instalaciones mecánicas y eléctricas, tanto en su ejecución en obra como en la normativa técnica de aplicación.
- Electricidad
- Climatización
- Protección Contra Incendios (PCI)
- Fontanería
- Saneamiento
- Supervisión de proyectos de instalaciones en edificación.
- Control de ejecución y cumplimiento normativo.
- Realización de pruebas de instalaciones (eléctricas y mecánicas).
- Commissioning de instalaciones.
- Asistencia técnica en obra.
- Participación en peritajes y technical due diligence.
- Titulación: Ingeniero Industrial superior o ingeniero técnico Industrial.
- Algún especialista en instalaciones con titulación en FP o Módulo equivalente.
- Experiencia en ejecución de obra o experiencia en trabajos de ingeniería relacionados con edificación.
- Nivel de inglés alto.
- Valorable:
- Disponibilidad para desplazamientos puntuales a nivel nacional.
- Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
- Manejo de AutoCAD, Revit, Presto u otros programas similares.
- Salario competitivo +bonus en función de rentabilidades.
- Contrato estable: período de prueba + indefinido.
- Jornada completa (40 h/semana) con flexibilidad horaria.
