Transformation Office at Hero Spain is a dynamic department focused on analysing, optimizing, and digitalizing processes across the organization. Our mission is to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and enable the company to adapt to the evolving demands of the business world.

How can you help us?

You can help identify inefficiencies, support process optimization, assist with digital transformation projects, develop programs, track progress, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance processes and drive meaningful improvements.

Your main responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to gather insights from stakeholders.
• Assist in designing and implementing process optimization strategies.
• Document process flows and create actionable recommendations.
• Research and evaluate digital tools and technologies for process enhancement.
• Support the implementation and training of new digital solutions.
• Develop and test programs or tools to automate and optimize workflows.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Gather and analyze data to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, tools, and project outcomes.
• Bring fresh perspectives and propose creative solutions to challenges.

Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Spanish and B2-C1 level of English.

Competences:

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Technical Skills: Basic programming and familiarity with automation tools.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Collaboration: Effective teamwork and communication with team members.
• Problem-Solving: Creative and resourceful in addressing challenges.
• Adaptability: Quick to learn new tools and adjust to changing needs.
• Attention to Detail: Precise in analyzing data and documenting processes.
