Desde Antal International colaboramos con una empresa líder en el sector reciclaje para incorporar un/a Back Office Comercial en su delegación de Sevilla. La persona seleccionada será un apoyo clave para el equipo comercial, garantizando una gestión eficiente de los procesos administrativos y de atención al cliente.

Funciones principales:

  • Apoyo administrativo al equipo de ventas y dirección comercial.

  • Elaboración, seguimiento y gestión de ofertas comerciales.

  • Atención y soporte a clientes: resolución de incidencias, consultas, seguimiento de pedidos.

  • Coordinación con logística, facturación y producción para asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales.

  • Actualización y gestión de la base de datos comercial (CRM).

Requisitos:

  • Formación en Administración, Comercio, Empresariales o similar.

  • Experiencia de al menos 2 años en posiciones similares (administración comercial, atención al cliente, soporte a ventas).

  • Valorable experiencia previa en entornos industriales o medioambientales.

  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de gestión comercial (ERP/CRM).

  • Persona organizada, resolutiva y orientada al cliente.

Condiciones:

  • Contrato indefinido con jornada completa.

  • Salario acorde a la experiencia aportada.
