En pleno proceso de expansión, una empresa referente en moda contemporánea busca incorporar un/a Store Manager para su tienda en Pamplona . Buscamos una persona con visión comercial, pasión por el producto y capacidad para liderar equipos en un entorno dinámico, cuidando cada detalle para ofrecer una experiencia de compra coherente con la esencia de la marca.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Impulsar las ventas y el rendimiento global de la tienda , garantizando la mejor presentación del producto.
  • Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales y de servicio .
  • Gestionar eficazmente el stock, la reposición y la exposición del producto .
  • Asegurar la correcta aplicación de las directrices de Visual Merchandising .
  • Analizar los KPIs y proponer acciones que optimicen resultados.
  • Transmitir los valores, el estilo y la historia que definen la marca.

Buscamos a alguien que:

  • Tenga al menos 2 años de experiencia gestionando equipos en retail .
  • Posea una fuerte orientación comercial y gusto por el detalle.
  • Sienta pasión por la moda y las tendencias actuales .
  • Disfrute trabajando en equipo y fomentando un ambiente positivo y motivador.
  • Tenga un nivel de inglés medio/alto (otros idiomas serán valorados).
