Desde Melt Group estamos en búsqueda de un Responsable Comercial para una empresa líder en el sector bioestimulantes y biocontrol que inicia el desarrollo de su expansión a nivel nacional e internacional. La misión de esta posición es: impulsar el crecimiento comercial de la empresa, apertura de nuevos mercados y posicionamiento en sector agro, y el asesoramiento técnico especializado, contribuyendo al posicionamiento y expansión del producto en distintas regiones de España y en segunda fase a nivel Internacional. Liderar el área comercial y definir estrategias de ventas y marketing. Desarrollar clientes B2B y B2C a nivel nacional e internacional. Analizar mercado, tendencias y competencia. Asesorar técnicamente a clientes y planificar ensayos en cultivos. Participar en ferias y visitas comerciales. Realizar seguimiento de ventas, precios, presupuestos y postventa. Imprescindible, disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional e internacional y carné de conducir. Inglés a nivel negociación. Experiencia mínima de 5 años demostrables en el sector Agro-Solutions. Formación en Ingeniería Técnica Agrícola, Agrónoma, Biotecnología o Biología. Atractivo proyecto de crecimiento personal y profesional en compañía en plena expansión nacional y, posteriormente, internacional. Paquete retributivo acorde con experiencia y expertise del candidato/a.
