Desde Manpower Professional Recruitment nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Account Payable (H/M/X) para importante empresa del sector turístico, si estas buscando un cambio profesional en una empresa de gran expansión esta es tu oportunidad.


Responsabilidades

• Procesar las facturas de cuentas por pagar y asegurar pagos oportunos y precisos a los proveedores.

• Mantener registros de cuentas por pagar precisos y actualizados de acuerdo con las normas contables.

• Conciliar los estados de cuenta de los proveedores y resolver cualquier discrepancia de manera oportuna.

• Comunicarse con los proveedores para resolver cualquier problema relacionado con pagos o facturas.

• Brindar soporte con las actividades de cierre de fin de mes relacionadas con cuentas por pagar, incluyendo conciliaciones y provisiones.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa relacionados con cuentas por pagar.

• Brindar apoyo en otras funciones contables y financieras según sea necesario.


Requisitos

• Mínimo de 2-3 años de experiencia en cuentas por pagar en el sector turístico.

• Herramientas: Dynamics 365 o SAP. Microsoft Excel.

• Idiomas: español, inglés nivel avanzado.


Se ofrece

• Contrato indefinido directamente con la empresa.

• Horario de entrada flexible. Viernes jornada intensiva.

• Posibilidad de un día de teletrabajo.
