En EFFIC somos líderes en proyectos de rehabilitación energética del parque inmobiliario residencial español. Ayudamos a las comunidades de propietarios a modernizar, revalorizar y hacer sostenibles sus hogares a través de mejoras en la eficiencia energética de sus inmuebles. &##128187; Precisamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un Becario/a para el Departamento de Técnico; Asistencia y Apoyo en la elaboración de propuestas técnicas de Rehabilitación Energética de viviendas y edificios. Colaboración en las tareas de seguimiento y control de los presupuestos asociados a Proyectos de Rehabilitación Energética. Asistencia en el seguimiento de los Proyectos e informes técnicos generados durante los diferentes procesos. Apoyo Administrativo y Logístico en el seguimiento y control de presupuestos generados. Soporte en las comunicaciones y seguimiento activo de presupuestos con el cliente final. Colaboración en estudios previos de certificación y asistencia en simulaciones para la obtención de certificados de eficiencia energética. Organización y gestión documental de la información técnica del departamento. &##128270;Requerimientos y Competencias: ~ Estar cursando estudios en Ingeniería de la Edificación o Arquitectura Técnica.
