The Role

We are looking for a professional who brings his/her knowledge and experience in artificial intelligence to define, develop, implement and deploy advanced AI models on MLOps platforms in hyperscalers integrated with our customers tools and methodologies.

The ML Engineer is a person must have a deep technical understanding of Machnie Learning as well as the concepts behind ML tools and enviroments.

We are just beginning to grow our Data and AI offerings, you should be ready to do whatever is necessary to make our team stronger.

You will work both on Kyndryl teams where we are building Machine Learning or Generative AI solutions for our clients as well as with customers who are learning how to build MLOps in to their existing data environments. Soft skills are a must for ML Engineers to be successful. Must be able to ask well thought out questions and then be a good listener for the answer.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Deep knowledge of the AI/ML Solutions provided by at least one (and ideally all three: Azure, GCP or AWS) cloud platforms but the most important will be GCP.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMops framework design and building machine learning pipelines.
• Strong Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps platforms such as Vertex AI, Azure AI or Sagemaker.
• Strong understanding of model monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in a production environment and experience with model versioning and model registry tools.
• Familiarity using hyperscalers to serve machine learning models in production.
Collaboration skills to work with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders and excellent communication skills and the ability to document processes.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• BS, MS, or PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Python and the libraries required for data engineering and data science (Pandas, Pyspark, PyTorch,Tensorflow etc…)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for models.
Certifications in cloud platforms.
