Whats the Challenge? As an SSA System Architect , youll play a vital role in the specification, design, and development of state-of-the-art SSA systems. Youll work alongside international teams, leading efforts from initial concept phases through implementation, testing, and qualification.

Your Contributions Will Include: Leading the specification and design of robust and scalable SSA systems that meet client requirements. Developing end-to-end system designs and models, defining system requirements and interfaces.

Conducting performance testing and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Representing the team as a technical expert in international meetings. Collaborating with global stakeholders, including agencies, mission planners, and system operators.

What Do We

Need? The ideal candidate is a seasoned system architect with expertise in software subsystems and the ambition to drive complex SSA projects forward. Heres what were looking for: Required Skills: Proven experience as a system architect, including SW subsystems.

Expertise in system design, implementation, and modeling. Proficiency in databases (SQL) and programming languages (Java, Python, Angular). Experience in Linux environments and managing legacy code.

Familiarity with Git, GitLab CI/CD, and containerization tools like Docker. Additional valued skills include: Experience creating project documentation. Knowledge of system design methodologies and ECSS standards.

Exposure to new technologies like AI or SSA systems and sensors. Experience working within the ESA/EUSST framework. Programming skills in Fortran and using tools like Orekit.

Educational Background: A Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering. Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in system architecture. Personal Attributes: Responsible and passionate, with a strong analytical mindset.
