DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER

This is what you can expect

Assist the Project Manager in managing various project activities (supporting the interface with contractors, manufacturers, and customers, aiding in coordination, risk management, cost control, reporting, etc.). Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are executed in line with time, quality, and cost expectations. Help to build and maintain sustainable relationships with industry stakeholders, fostering trust and mutual respect.

Contribute to interactions with production areas, focusing on progress reporting to clients. Support the organization of human and technical resources to maintain and ensure the accuracy of data in information systems for order intake, sales forecasting, reception, and delivery dates. Handle customs clearance and manage export licenses.

Participate in customer meetings as required. Share responsibility for reporting and general communication with customers, acting as a point of contact in the absence of the Project Manager. This is what we expect

Solid organizational skills, complementing those of the Project Manager. Experience in working in a multidisciplinary environment, preferably in a support or deputy role. Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus
