Actualmente estamos seleccionando un/a RECEPCIONISTA con experiencia en CALL CENTER para nuestra tienda ubicada en Alcalá de Henares (Madrid), que atienda y asesore al cliente proporcionándole un trato profesional orientado a la excelencia. FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:Colaborar con el asesoramiento al cliente y actuar como embajador/a de la marca SEDKA NOVIAS.Recepción de los clientes.

Gestión de llamadas y de la agenda de tienda. Elaboración de facturas. Captación de clientes.

REQUISITOS:Consolidada experiencia en recepción y/o call center, siendo muy valorable poseer conocimientos del sector nupcial y/o moda. Es esencial que seas una persona positiva, apasionada por brindar un excelente servicio a nuestros clientes, orientada a objetivos, con capacidad de trabajo en equipo y de resolución de problemas. Además, tendrás que tener excelentes habilidades de comunicación.

Se valorará muy positivamente el conocimiento de idiomas. Horario de lunes a sábado. Si cumples con los requisitos y deseas trabajar en SEDKA NOVIAS, estaremos encantados de conocerte.
