Job OverviewWe are seeking a passionate, results oriented and motivated Program Manager to join Global Demand and Production Planning Team with a strong ability to manage complex programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs and will be able to work effectively with corporate executives to ensure the success of strategic projects. Responsible for planning, executing, and managing the demand planning evolution and dealer allocation transformation aimed at achieving strategic business objectives.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of business dynamics and the relevant industry
The ICT Product Owner will be responsible for managing and developing the Dealer allocation system according to and in the same platform of demand planning tool. Furthermore the product owner will have the mission to lead and spread automation and productivity tools across the Global demand and production planning team. Key responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Define and develop the program strategy in line with business objectives.
Identify and analyze dependencies between the projects that make up the program. Set priorities and allocate resources effectively. Develop a detailed program management plan, including budget, timeline, and success metrics.
Collaborate with executives to define program objectives and align necessary resources. Execution and Management:Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards. Coordinate project teams, providing support and guidance.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Manage communications with stakeholders, keeping them informed about the projects status. Product Backlog Management: create, prioritize, and manage the backlog for the Dealer allocation System, ensuring that developed functionalities are aligned with business needs.
Enhancement management: within an Agile approach, support the definition and prioritization of sprints, ensure alignment with the project roadmap, coordinate and lead sprint review sessions with key stakeholders, and maintain clarity and continuous alignment on developments. Planning and Operational Support: support the planning and execution of activities such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Simulation (Business Sim), training and Go-Live.
Collection and analysis of requirements: collaborate with various business stakeholders to collect and analyze functional and technical requirements, translating them into clear specifications for development teams. Monitoring and Control:System Performance Monitoring: ensure the system meets performance, security, and scalability objectives, proposing improvements as needed. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
Implement corrective actions to ensure objectives are met. Identify and mitigate program risks, resolving any issues that may arise. Prepare periodic reports on the status to executives and stakeholders.
System Performance Monitoring: ensure the system meets performance, security, and scalability objectives, proposing improvements as needed. KPI and Metrics Definition: establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of developments and solutions. Leadership and Collaboration:Lead and motivate project teams.
Promote collaboration and effective communication among team members. Manage conflicts and resolve issues. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the programs success.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
Single Point of Contact (SPOC): act as the key reference for organizational decisions related to process implementation and requirements.Vendors, Economics and budget management

Projectscompletion on time and within budget. Supervise external vendor activities to ensure compliance with timelines, costs, and required security, regulatory, and quality standards. Process OptimizationAnalyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement automation solutions to increase operational efficiency. Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and propose appropriate technological solutions. Implementation of Automation ToolsEvaluate and select automation tools that align with business objectives.
Plan and manage the implementation of automation software and systems. Train staff on the effective use of automation tools. Monitoring and Continuous ImprovementMonitor the performance of automation systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collect and analyze data to assess the impact of automation solutions on productivity. Implement continuous updates and improvements to optimize automated processes. Change ManagementCommunicate the benefits of automation solutions to employees and stakeholders.
Manage the transition to new automated processes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Provide ongoing support and resolve any issues related to automation. Innovation and DevelopmentStay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation and productivity.
Propose new ideas and innovative solutions to improve business efficiency. Collaborate with development teams to create customized solutions that meet the specific needs of the company. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in budget and resource management. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).
