Buscamos una persona para el área de Reclutamiento dentro de nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos, que se incorporará en la oficina de Madrid.

Requisitos

  • Grado en Derecho, ADE, Psicología etc.
  • Experiencia: Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia desempeñando funciones similares, preferiblemente en Despacho de abogados o empresas de servicios profesionales.
  • Excelente manejo del paquete Office (Ppt, Excel, Word).
  • Nivel alto de inglés (C1).

Funciones

  • Colaboración en los diferentes procesos de selección de los empleados y estudiantes en el Despacho.
  • Filtrado curricular, realización de entrevistas, dinámicas de grupo etc.
  • Employer Branding: presentaciones corporativas, foros de empleo y otros contactos con universidades.
  • Gestión administrativa relacionada con la incorporación de estudiantes.
  • Seguimiento de los estudiantes y empleados recién incorporados al Despacho.
