Buscamos un/a COMERCIAL DE SEGUROS para unirse a una destacada empresa del sector asegurador con sede en Sant Cugat del Vallès.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Asesorar y ofrecer soluciones aseguradoras adaptadas a las necesidades de clientes finales y empresas.
  • Realizar prospección activa visitando empresas y clientes potenciales para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Concertar visitas con pequeñas y medianas empresas y establecimiento de acuerdos de colaboración con profesionales que aporten pólizas.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar cartera de clientes, estableciendo relaciones comerciales duraderas.
  • Negociar y cerrar contratos de seguros, garantizando un alto nivel de personalización en cada venta.
  • Hacer seguimiento de leads y oportunidades generadas, gestionando su conversión en clientes.
  • Asesoramiento postventa para asegurar la satisfacción, fidelización y ofrecer productos adicionales.
  • Colaborar en estrategias comerciales con el equipo interno, mejorando las estrategias de captación y manteniéndose al día con las tendencias del sector.

REQUISITOS

  • Experiencia previa en ventas o asesoramiento en el sector asegurador.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente. Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, gestionando su propio tiempo de forma eficiente.

OFRECEMOS

  • Contrato laboral indefinido directamente con la empresa o posibilidad de trabajar como autónomo.
  • Horario flexible de lunes a viernes, con jornada parcial (20 horas semanales).
  • Salario competitivo formado por fijo (aprox 567 euros brutos mensuales x 12 pagas) + comisiones (sin límite).
  • Formación continua y desarrollo personalizado.
