¿Tienes experiencia como promotor inmobiliario en el sector de la venta de propiedades de lujo? ¿Resides en la provincia de Alicante o alrededores?

En estos momentos, como consultora de selección de personal, estamos buscando para nuestro cliente un/a Promotor Inmobiliario. Su enfoque está en ofrecer a los clientes una experiencia única en el mercado inmobiliario de alto nivel.

FUNCIONES Y TAREAS

  • Venta de propiedades: Comercializar chalets de la promotora.
  • Gestión de propiedades: Supervisar la construcción de las viviendas, asegurándose de que estén listas para la venta.
  • Captación y mantenimiento de contactos: Actuar como intermediario inmobiliario, desarrollando relaciones con clientes y posibles compradores
  • Promoción y ventas: Utilizar herramientas digitales y CRM para la gestión eficiente de las propiedades en venta.
REQUISITOS
  • Mínimo 3 años en el sector inmobiliario o ventas relacionadas.
  • Inglés nivel C1.
  • Dominio de ventas, manejo de CRM y herramientas digitales.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en la zona de la Algorfa.
