Posición: Técnico/a en Estudios

Funciones principales

  • Análisis y evaluación de proyectos previos a la cotización.
  • Elaboración y análisis de valoraciones económicas.
  • Preparación del cierre económico de la obra.
  • Coordinación y seguimiento de solicitudes de ofertas a proveedores.
  • Mantenimiento y actualización de la base de datos de precios unitarios.
  • Colaboración con el equipo técnico en la definición y seguimiento de presupuestos.
  • (Se valorará positivamente) la experiencia o conocimientos en ejecución de obras.

Requisitos

  • Formación en Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de la Edificación, Ingeniería Civil o FP Grado Superior en Construcción .
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office , Presto , AutoCAD y Microsoft Project .
  • Nivel de idioma: Español nativo o fluido ; inglés nivel B1–B2 y/o francés valorable.
  • Perfil con capacidad de gestión y comunicación, polivalente, proactivo y adaptable a entornos cambiantes.
