¡En Capitole estamos buscando un/a Product Owner – Asset & Order Support para unirse a nuestro equipo!


Serás responsable de la gestión y evolución del servicio AOS, asegurando la calidad de los procesos y herramientas que dan soporte a la organización. Coordinarás iniciativas, priorizarás necesidades y garantizarás que las soluciones aporten valor real a los usuarios y al negocio.


✅ Requisitos clave:


  • Experiencia como Product Owner.
  • Background técnico.
  • Conocimientos en CMDB, Asset Management y Workflow Management.
  • Experiencia en reporting, seguimiento de KPIs y gestión de proveedores.
  • Inglés C1


✅Lo que harás:


  • Liderar y gestionar el roadmap del servicio AOS.
  • Supervisar procesos de pedidos, catálogos, CMDB y workflows.
  • Gestionar solicitudes de usuarios e incidencias, resolviéndolas de forma proactiva.
  • Mantener y optimizar catálogos de servicios (precios, productos, imágenes, metadatos).
  • Velar por la calidad de los datos en la CMDB y realizar ajustes cuando sea necesario.
  • Activar, ajustar y documentar workflows locales.
  • Administrar permisos, estructuras organizativas y configuraciones del AOM.
