MissionBe part of a growing business in the Kudelski Security Dev Ops teams (“you build it, you run it”) and within infrastructure engineering group, as a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to:Enable infrastructure as code: design, build, run and automate cloud infrastructures, delivery engineering and middleware components (including documentation), keeping in mind the 24*7 constraint on our production environmentDesign, implement and support technical components that will make for the foundations of our solutions (e.g. Elastic stack, Prometheus, native AWS & Azure services and others)Build and maintain global tools needed for automation, integration, deployment, backup, monitoring and operations, allowing to a scale-up of our activities• Advise on CI/CD architecture, application resiliency, high availability and securityEnable and work with developers’ squads to continuously integrate and deploy their software code through CI/CD solutionsBe part of the on-call rotation of the squadShare knowledge and experience with the other team members and departments of the company.Act as an on-site technical decision-maker and coordinator of the local infrastructure team facilitating collaboration with local development teams, sharing and reporting to your manager in Switzerland.If you:are committed and willing to work in an innovative environmentare Dev Ops oriented and have a passion for automation and continuous improvementare concerned about on-premises and cloud infrastructure securityare committed to delivering high-quality solutionsThis position could be for you.Requirements / Profilea) Experience & Background:As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer you are expected to be a strong team player, work independently, take initiatives as well as be a technical leader and subject matter expert on the below, evolve and develop expertise rapidly in a wide range of technologies:Exceptional public cloud providers experience and knowledgeThorough containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) & service mesh expertiseAdvanced with code management (git) and build tools (Gitlab)Strong “as code” automation abilities (Terraform)Strong debugging skills, problem solving skillsUnderstand a global architecture from infrastructure through middleware to applications and their relationships; understanding of microservices architecture is a plusAdvanced in scripting languages (Python, Bash)Experienced with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Foreman)Experienced with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)Familiarity with Agile and Dev Ops methodologies is a plusb) Qualifications:Advanced university degree (master’s degree) in technology / computer science required10+ years of recent/immediate experience with Linux/sysops and public cloud providers, and knowledge of networking and security protocolsCertifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer, Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert) is a plusc) Personal skills:Fully autonomousExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to solves complex problems requiring in-depth analysisConceive new approaches and create innovative solutions, break new groundsProcess re-engineering skills.
