Hays gestiona la vacante de administrativo/a de obra para incorporarse en una potente empresa de ingeniería que desarrolla grandes proyectos industriales.
Además, el proyecto se desarrolla en Marruecos, por lo que el perfil que se inscriba deberá tener fluidez en francés para poder hablar con el cliente y tener disponibilidad para desplazarse y pasar 2/3 semanas al mes allí. La semana en España se puede trabajar desde la residencia habitual.
¿Tus funciones? Gestionar y coordinar la documentación administrativa de proyectos.
Tramitar pedidos de suministros y facturas, haciendo seguimiento con proveedores para garantizar las entregas a tiempo.
Revisar y verificar albaranes.
Asegurar el correcto registro y soporte documental de los gastos.
Garantizar la documentación administrativa para su cumplimiento con los requisitos de la empresa.
Llevar el inventario de obra.
Llevar a cabo tareas de archivo y medios asignados a la obra.
Centralizar toda la información en el ERP de la empresa.
¿Requisitos? Imprescindible competencia profesional en francés.
