Were looking for an experienced and driven Risk Team Lead to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our risk operations. In this role, youll lead a talented team focused on identifying and mitigating risks, preventing fraud, and driving data-informed strategies that protect our users and business.

• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the risk team, including scheduling, coverage, task management, and performance tracking.

• KPI Management: Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators and continuously optimize processes for maximum efficiency and impact.

• Risk Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of risk trends, identify patterns, and develop actionable plans to mitigate potential issues.

• Fraud Prevention: Design, implement, and monitor fraud prevention and resolution strategies tailored to subscription-based systems.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the data team to evaluate fraud-reduction initiatives and quantify their business impact.

• Innovation: Research, propose, and implement new risk mitigation strategies in line with industry standards and company goals.

• Reporting & Analytics: Use SQL and other analytical tools to generate reports, monitor performance, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a risk-related role within high-risk domains such as subscription services, gaming, fintech, or similar industries.

• Proven experience in implementing and optimizing fraud prevention programs.

• Strong command of SQL, with the ability to create and manage data reports and dashboards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Solid understanding of subscription-based business models and common fraud patterns.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and coordination.

• Experience with fraud detection tools and machine learning solutions.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to risk and fraud.

• Previous exposure to chargeback management and customer dispute resolution.
