En esta posición vas a tener la oportunidad de trabajar como Administrativo/a para el Departamento de Customer Service de una empresa multinacional Japonesa, con la que colaboramos, líder mundial en la investigación, fabricación y comercialización de productos eléctricos y electrónicos industriales, comerciales y de consumo, MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC EUROPE.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Atender a los clientes tanto internos como externos de forma satisfactoria, además de solventar las incidencias que se plateen de una forma eficiente.
- Tramitación de pedidos, así como el seguimiento de ellos, llevar a cabo cualquier gestión que derive de un pedido.

- Horario de Lunes a Jueves de 8:30h a 14h y de 15h a 18h, Viernes intensivo de 8h a 14h.
- Ticket Restaurante
- Salario de 22.000€ a 23.500€, en función de valía -Contrato directamente por empresa, mediante un contrato fijo discontinuo hasta finales de Septiembre.
-Teletrabajo dos días a la semana. Requisitos:
- Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en empresas del sector de servicios en:
- Trato con clientes
- Seguimiento de pedidos
- Resolución de incidencias
- Valorable conocimiento de SAP y trato con software de gestión digitales.
- Catalán avanzado.
- Persona proactiva, acostumbrada a realizar multitasking.
